Range Rover Sport in for an enhancement detail and some leather work
This Range Rover Sport came into our studio for an enhancement detail and some leather work.
Before we could start this Range Rover needed a good decontamination – lots of tar and road grime embedded into the paint.
A few areas of the leather needed attention and recolouring, as well as the plastics, all of which were duly looked at.
There were also some light scratches on the paint work which were removed.
Work That was carried out
To understand what work has to be carried out to achieve such a high standard result, the preparation is paramount.
The unique enhancement detailing packages, that are offered have been designed specifically to increase the paint finish of your ‘pride and joy’.
Giving your vehicle up to 6 months’ worth of protection.
However, before we could start applying our enhancement Detail package on this Range Rover Sport, we had to carry out our standard pre detailing inspection and preparation.

Hand washing, Drying, In depth decontamination.,

Paint depth readings, Pad and polish choice,
Post polishing inspection.
Sealants. Waxes,
Final rinse,
Enhancement Package
Full decontamination
Iron fallout
Clay barred
Tar removal
Paint waxed for protection
Gloss finish
Wheels – cleaned and dressed
All glass cleaned
Tail pipes polished
Full Interior detail
Which included a full decontamination, including the following, before we could start on the paint correction process.

When the above was completed, we were able to then start the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle as part of a “Paint Correction” process.
This process is mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface by reflecting light off in various directions, therefore detracting from a true, proper, clean and sharp reflection
